Our Projects

Donations For Current Project
Redi is currently in the process of developing a 50 unit apartment complex at 203 So. Federal Blvd.,Denver, named Rhonda’s Place, that will serve individuals who are chronically homeless. The name honors Rhonda Knop, a founding Board member who passed away in 2020. The project will serve both men and women. They will all have access to mental health and substance abuse services which will be provided by the Mental Health Center of Denver. In addition, they will receive help with learning or relearning activities of daily living e.g. cooking, cleaning an apartment, washing clothes etc. All residents will be at or below 30% of the area median income. Some may have VA or Social Security benefits and many will have no income whatsoever.
REDi Corporation, thanks to numerous donors, has filled the gap necessary to acquire the furniture for our 50 unit apartment complex under development to serve the chronically homeless. We anticipate lease up to start in January 2023. We are now raising funds to to provide for bedding, towels, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glassware and all necessary supplies to outfit the apartments. The cost is $300.00 per unit. In addition we want to provide each household with a $50.00 grocery gift card to get started. Please consider making a donation to help the previously homeless new resident get started
